DADDY BELT
YARN = “Natural bag†by “Laines du Nord†(100gr/100m balls): 2 balls; color n. 2 (bronze) and color n. 4 (ecru)
TUNISIAN HOOK = 4.5 mm
OTHER = tapestry needle, one 5X5 cm buckle, tape measure.
The belt is worked with Tunisian crochet in a fabric stitch, it's worked on the length, casting on a number of stitches equal to the width of the buckle, on back and forth rows always on the right side.

Procedure
BACK
With color ecru and Tunisian crochet 4.5 mm work 6 ch.
2 step: * enter with the hook in the hunch behind the 2nd base ch, yarn over, extract 1 st passing through, you will have 2 loops on the hook, including the 1st initial st,
repeat from * for all the ch obtaining 6 loops
3 step: cast off sts changing to color bronze, yarn over, close the 1st st passing through, yarn over again and close 2 sts each time until all sts are closed, on hook will remain 1 loop.
Fabric stitch
1 step: enter between the 2nd and 3rd st below in the space between the 2 sts, yarn over, pull out the thread obtaining 2 loops on hook.
Repeat the same step between the next sts. The 6th and last sts must be obtained from the loop below after the 5th st.
2 step: change color, cast off sts.
3 step: enter between the 1st and 2nd st in the space between the 2 sts, yarn over as for step 1, repeat until to obtain 6 buttonholes.
4step: change color, cast off sts.
Repeat from step 1 to step 4 of fabric st. until the piece measures 114 cm.
Cast off all sl sts entering in every st, finish the sides with sl st alternating the colors, for each corner work 1 ch.
BELT LOOP: cast on 20 sts. repeating the first the 3 initial steps and the 3 steps of fabric st, cast off the sts with the 4 step in sl st. Sew the 2 ends to form a circle.
Insert the belt loop between the same side that will be sewed to the buckle.
Sew the belt to the buckle with the loop on 2 points, the first one attached to the buckle and the second after the loop.
