YARN = “Natural Bag†by “Laines du Nordâ€: 1 skein each col.: 5 (grey), 6 (dark-blue), 7 (dark aqua green)
CROCHET-HOOK = size 10
OTHERS = padding, darning needle with silicon eye, scissors, pins, marker.
SKILL LEVEL: Easy
The cushion consists of one rectangular panel, folded in half for shaping of front and back. Work the panel in brioche st. using triple yarn, i.e. 3 yarns together (one of each colour) as if it were a single yarn, for materic and two-dimensional texture.
Chain stitch, single crochet, double crochet, treble crochet.
Brioche stitch (false fisherman's rib stitch):follow the instruction. It shapes horizontal little cables like false fisherman's rib stitch (worked with knitting needles).

Procedure
PANEL
Using triple yarn, cast-on 52 ch (or number you need) and work a triangular panel (double width of cushion you are making).
Cast-on row (RS): 1 tr in 3rd ch from hook, 1 tr in each of next 49 ch, 2 turning ch (do not count the turning ch as 1st st., also for next rows). [50 tr]
Continue in brioche st.
NB: after turning, you can see 2 threads in V shape on top of each st.; you usually insert the hook under these 2 threads; working the brioche st., you insert the hook into the loop under these 2 threads.
1a row (WS): * yo, insert the hook into the front loop under 2-V-shape threads of next st., yo and pull 1 loop, yo and pull it through 3 loops on crochet-hook, completing the h-tr *, rep from * to * in each next. st. of the row; 2 turning ch.
2a row (RS): * yo, insert the hook into the loop behind 2-V-shape threads of next st., yo and pull 1 loop, yo and pull it through 3 loops on crochet-hook, completing the h-tr *, rep from * to * in each next st. of the row; 2 turning ch.
Rep. 1st and 2nd row until the heigh is half of width of panel, do not cut the yarn.
FINISHING
Fold panel in half (RS against RS) and on WS, join the side edges or short sides working 1 row in dc. Turn panel on RS, stuff the cushion, then join the edges of 2 open sides, working one row in dc. Cut and hide the ends of triple yarn through the sts., using the darning needle.
