OTHERS = darning needle with silicon eye, scissors, pins, marker.
SKILL LEVEL: Easy
Use 3 yarns together (1 x each colour) as if they were single yarn (= triple yarn).
Work the sides (from 6th to 9th round) in spiral dc, i.e. do not close every round with 1 sc; PM in 1st dc of round to make your work easier and, across the working, move the M upwards.
Chain stitch, single crochet, double crochet.
WS = wrong side of work

Procedure
Base
Using triple yarn, cast-on 10 ch.
1st round: 1 ch (never count it as 1st st.), 2 dc in 2nd ch from hook, 1 dc in each of next 8 ch, 5 dc in last ch, turn and cont. on opposite side of base ch and work 1 dc in each of next ch, 3 dc in same base ch of 2 beg. dc; close with 1 sc in 1st dc of the round. [26 dc]
From 2nd to 5th round: work the increases (= 2 dc in same st.) like shown by the diagram. [44 dc]
Sides
6th round: 1 ch (do not count it as 1st st.), 1 dc in same base st. of ch, 1 dc in each of next 43 dc., do not close the round and cont. in spiral. [44 dc]
From 7th to 9th round: 1 dc in each dc. At the end of 9th round, to raise the working to same level, work 1 sc in next st. [44 dc in each round]
From next round work in net st., closing every round with 1 sc.
10th round: 1 ch (do not count as 1st st.), 1 dc in same base st. of ch, (3 ch,
skip 1 st., 1 dc in next dc) 21 times, 3 ch, skip 1 st., 1 sc in 1st dc of the round, 1 sc until 2nd ch of 1st arch. [22 3-ch-arches]
11th and 12th round: 1 ch (do not count as 1st st.) 1 dc in same arch, (3 ch, 1 dc in next 3-ch-arch) 22 times, do not work last dc in last repetition and work 1 sc in 1st dc of the round **, 1 sc until 2nd ch of 1st arch. At the end of 12th round, stop working at **. Cut and tie off the thread.
Using the darning needle, hide the ends of triple yarn (cast-on and bind off) through the sts., on WS.
