Jacquard Sweater
This project is worked back and forth. A simple knitting to bring out the lightness and softness of the yarn.
Stocking stitch;
1/1 rib st.: *K1, P1 * rep ** to the end; next row : work sts as they appear.
Tubular cast on: with a waste yarn in a contrasting color to your project yarn,
cast on half the number of stitches you need, plus one.
Switch to your project yarn. Set up Row: K1, * YO, K1 *; rip** to the end. By the end of this row, you'll have the number of stitches you want.
Row 1: slip the purl stitches purlwise with yarn in front. Move yarn to back and knit the yarn over.
Rows 2 and 3: knit the slipped stitches and slip the purl stitches purlwise. Then work in 1/1 rib st. Once you finished remove the waste yarn.

Procedure
BACK
With needles 6,5 mm and color n. 16 cast on 78 (76 2 SES) sts a with tubular cast on and work 6 rows in 1/1 rib st.
Row7 (RS): * 1 SES, K76, 1 SES *, at the same time follow CHART n.1 in stranded knitting with color n.1
Rows10 - 56 : work in stocking st.
Row57: follow CHART n.2 in stranded knitting with color n. 1 and n. 23
At the same time when the garment measures 38 cm from hem, cast off 5 sts each side for armholes and decrease as follows:
RS rows: cast off 1 st each side every 2 rows for 3 times, 2 sts each side every 2 rows once, 1 st each side every 2 rows for 3 times, 2 sts each side fro 2 times.
At the same times for the neckline on last but two RS row cast off the 29 central stitchescentrali e and on next RS Row: cast off 1 st each side.
FRONT
With needles 6,5 mm and color n. 16 cast on 78 (76 2 SES) sts con a with tubular cast on and work 6 rows in 1/1 rib st.
Row7 (RS): * 1 SES, K76, 1 SES *, at the same time follow CHART n.1 in stranded knitting with color n.1
Rows10 - 56: work in stocking st.
Row57: follow CHART n.2 in stranded knitting with color n. 1 and n. 23
At the same time when the garment measures 38 cm from hem, cast off 5 sts each side for armholes and decrease as follows:
RS rows: cast off 1 st each side every 2 rows for 3 times, 2 sts each side every 2 rows once, 1 st each side every 2 rows for 3 times, 2 sts each side fro 2 times.
At the same times for the neckline on last but two RS row cast off the 17 central stitches and on next RS Row: cast off 4 sts each side.
Last row (RS): cast off 3 sts each side.
SLEEVES
With needles 6,5 mm and color n. 16 cast on 25 (23 2 SES) sts con a with tubular cast on and work 6 rows in 1/1 rib st.
Row7 (RS): * 1 SES, K23, 1 SES *, at the same time follow CHART n.1 in stranded knitting with color n.1
At the same time increase 1 st each side every 4 rows.
Rows10 - 56 : work in stocking st.
Row57: follow CHART n.2 in stranded knitting with color n. 1 and n. 23
At the same time for the cast off 5 sts each side and decrease as follows:
RS rows: cast off 3 sts each side every 2 rows for 2 times; 2 sts each side every 2 rows for 3 times; 1 st. each side every 2 rows for 11 times.
NECK
Sew shoulders joining the Front and the Back. With 6,5 mm, circular needles pickup stitches along the neckline:
Knit 1 row. Work 2 rows in 1/1 rib st and 6 rows in tubular st. Cast off all stitches
FINISHING
Sew the sleeves to the body, then sew the sleeves and both body sides and shoulders.
