Neck: Using size 4 mm tips and 60 cm cable, pick up the stitches around the neckline. Work 9 rounds in 1x1 rib in the round. Bind off all stitches knit-wise loosely.
INSTRUCTIONS
The garment is worked flat and seamlessly using the Top-Down technique. The armholes are worked in the round using the magic loop technique.
