INSTRUCTIONS

Sweater is worked from the top-down in one piece. At the end you’ll work the sleeves.

NECK

With circular needles 4 mm and color white cast on 116 sts.

Work 32 rounds in 1/1 rib st. With needles 4.5 mm pick sts along the cast in edge, bring near the needles ( the one with neck sts and the one with the picked up sts) and with 4 mm needles knit 2 sts together, 1 from each needles, repeat for each couple of sts until the end. In this way the neck is double.










YOKE

Change to color grey and set up the round in this way:

34 sts for the Front; 1 raglan st (place SM); 22 sts for the sleeve; 1 raglan st (place SM); 34 sts for the Back; 1 raglan st (place SM); 22 sts for the sleeve; 1 raglan st (place SM)

1° R and odd Rounds: work YO before and after each raglan st. (SM); K all other sts. [8 YO = 8 sta increased ]

2° R and eve Rounds: K all sts and Ktb the YOs

Repeat Rounds 1 and 2 until 26° R.

27° R: Chang to color pink and repeat Rounds 1 and 2 until 46° R










BODY

On 47° place the sts for each sleeve onto holder or scrap yarn and cast on 8 sts for the underarms, joining this way front sts with back sts. Then keep working in stocking st the body of the sweater changing colors as follows:

53° R: change to color blue.

57° R: change to color white.

58° R: change to color grey.

108° R: change to color blue.

112° R: change to color pink.

139° R: change to color grey and start the hem. Work in 1/1 rib st decreasing 1 st.

Work in 1/1 rib st for another 13 rounds.

Cast off all stitches.










SLEEVES

Slip the held stitches from holder needles. With color pink pick up and knit 12 underarm sts. Work in stocking st (k all rounds) until 136° R, changing colors and making increases and decrease as follows:

6° R: change to color pink.

10° R.: change to color white.

36° R: change to color grey.

40° R: K and increase evenly 10 sts

41°- 54° R: K

55° R: K and increase evenly 10 sts

56°- 63° R: K

64° R: change to color blue.

68° R: change to color pink.

70° R: K and increase evenly 6 sts

71°- 84° R: K.

85° R: K and increase evenly 6 sts

86°- 89° R: K.

90° R: K and increase evenly 6 sts.

91° and 92° R: K.

93° R: change to color bianco.

96° R: K and increase evenly 6 sts

97°- 99° R: K.

100° R: K and increase evenly 6 sts.

101°- 104° R: K.

105° R: K and increase evenly 6 sts

106°- 119° R: K.

120° R: change to color grigio.

Now start decreasing

121° R: K and decrease evenly 17 sts..

122° - 126° R: repeat 121° R.

Change to color blu.

Work 24 rounds in 1/1 rib st

Cast off all sts.

Make the second sleeve.
